These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website vihapatrading.in and all related courses, trading indicators, live sessions, mentorship and community services (together, the “Services”) operated by Vihapa Trading (“Vihapa Trading”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account or purchasing any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The operating entity is Vihapa Trading University, with its registered address at Hitech City, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Vihapa Trading provides educational content only. All courses, indicators, chart analysis, live sessions and community discussion are intended to teach trading concepts and price-action methodology. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument, or a solicitation of any kind.

• Trading and investing carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for every person. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Past performance, backtests and example setups are not indicative of future results.
• We do not manage funds, place trades on your behalf, or guarantee any profit, income or specific outcome.
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult a licensed financial adviser before trading real capital.

Some parts of the Services require you to create an account. We use third-party authentication (Google sign-in via Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• Access to a program is granted to your account after your payment is successfully captured.
• We may change prices, plans and program inclusions at any time; changes do not affect access you have already purchased for the current term.
• Where a plan is offered on a recurring/subscription basis, the billing cycle and renewal terms are shown at checkout and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All course material, videos, trading indicators, scripts, text, graphics and branding are the property of Vihapa Trading or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. On purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the material for your own learning.

You may not:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, publicly share or upload any course content or indicator to third parties or public repositories.
• Share your account credentials or program access with anyone else.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source of any paid indicator except as permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.

Our community channels (including Discord) are provided to support your learning. You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam content, not to solicit or offer financial advice or managed services to other members, and to follow the posted community rules. We may remove content or remove members who breach these rules.

The Services rely on third parties such as Razorpay (payments), Clerk (authentication), Discord (community), Google, and course/charting platforms. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vihapa Trading shall not be liable for any trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the program giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
